Advanced Medicine Fulfillment Policy
Order Fulfillment
Orders are shipped within 1-5 business days from when the order is placed. Once an order ships, you will be notified by email with tracking details.
Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays and weekends are not included and no shipments are processed on those days.
USPS Priority Mail offers 1, 2, and 3 day delivery options if it is available to you. Please note that this means it with take USPS 1-3 days to deliver your package. It is not a delivery guarantee from the time you place your order, and we are not responsible if USPS extends the delivery time after the order ships.
After an order leaves our warehouse, it is the sole responsibility of the carrier to deliver the order in good condition and in a timely manner. If an order arrives damaged a claim must be filed with the carrier. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures of the damages. Failure to properly document damages may disqualify you from product replacement or reimbursement.
If an order is returned as undeliverable, a refund will be given minus the cost of shipping.
Returns
Products may be returned unopened within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, click the “Support” icon in the lower left of the screen and advise us of the return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and an address to ship the return to. Once we receive the product back, we will issue a refund, less the amount of original shipping. Note refunds can take 24-72 hours to post to your account, depending on your credit card company.
International Terms
AdvancedMedicine.com ships worldwide and provides costs at checkout for shipping carrier rates. All import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. AdvancedMedicine.com does not provide information on what your country may charge at customs.
If a package is lost in transit Advanced Medicine will work with you to determine the best options. Shipping will not be reimbursed to the customer if the tracking history shows the order was shipped.
USPS First Class Mail service is not offered as this service does not provide tracking information or guarantee delivery after it leaves the United States. Packages that are not delivered using this mailing class will not be reimbursed. International packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.
