Suggested Usage:  Blend 1 scoop (1 oz.) with ice in approximately 4 oz. of cold water or milk in a blender until thick or in a tumbler and shake/stir.  If your protein shake does not taste absolutely delicious, it’s too diluted.  Simply add more protein powder and enjoy.   Medicalicious® can also be added to other foods to increase their protein content by substituting partially for flour as in baked goods.  Use 2-4 scoops daily or as suggested by your Healthcare Provider.
