While these popular sports can improve fitness, motor skills and emotional development, they also carry the risk of injury. \u00a0Certain disciplines are riskier than others, the pediatricians\u2019 group says.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.upi.com\/Health_News\/2016\/11\/28\/Mammograms-beneficial-all-the-way-to-age-90-Study\/7441480354817\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Women who think they\u2019re too old to worry about mammograms<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a>may want to reconsider the age at which their breast cancer screening years are behind them, a new study suggests. \u00a0Based on an analysis of nearly 7 million mammograms over a seven-year period, \u201cthe benefit continues with increasing age up until 90,\u201d said study author Dr. Cindy Lee. She is an assistant professor in residence at the University of California, San Francisco.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.medicalnewstoday.com\/articles\/314337.php\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>An apricot kernel is a single seed found inside the stone of an apricot.<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0Billed as a new \u201csuperfood,\u201d apricot kernels are reported to have cancer-fighting and detox-enhancing properties.\u00a0However, scientists have warned that a compound in the apricot kernel converts to cyanide in the body at levels that could be harmful.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.medicalnewstoday.com\/articles\/314366.php\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Frankincense oil is derived from the\u00a0<em>Boswellia<\/em>\u00a0tree.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a>It has a long history in myth and folk medicine.
