Our previous case-control study showed that use of acetaminophen at age 12\u201318 months is associated with increased likelihood for ASD (OR 8.37, 95% CI 2.08\u201333.7). In this study, we again show that acetaminophen use is associated with ASD (p = 0.013).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.medicalnewstoday.com\/articles\/314158.php\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Despite a wealth of research, how and why autism and other neuro-developmental<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0disorders appear is still unknown. The search is on for any factors that might contribute to these psychological conditions. A recent study focuses on maternal allergies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>In a new study published in the journal\u00a0<em>BMC Public Health<\/em>, researchers<\/strong>\u00a0found that patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) who were more pessimistic were more likely to die from their condition than those with lower levels of pessimism.
