Colorectal cancer is the third most commonly diagnosed cancer and the second leading cause of cancer death in the US, yet it has a 90 percent cure rate when detected early, Rather than waiting around to see if we get it\u2026what can we be doing pro-actively to detox and clean our gut and colon?? \u00a0Remember, we have the ability every day to put good things into our system, and help the bad stuff get out.<\/span>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Is there a treatment for cancer that is 10,000 times more effective than chemo? \u00a0Yes, and it\u2019s in your kitchen according to\u00a0recently published <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #008080; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #008080; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"http:\/\/journals.plos.org\/plosone\/article?id=10.1371\/journal.pone.0137614\" target=\"_blank\">study in <em>PLoS<\/em><\/a><\/span><\/span><strong>.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0It indicates that a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><a style=\"color: #008080; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.anh-usa.org\/natural-alternative-10000-times-more-effective-than-chemo\/\" target=\"_blank\">substance found in ginger called 6-shogaol is a potent agent in fighting breast cancer<\/a><\/span><\/span>\u2014much more potent than chemotherapy and much less dangerous. \u00a0That\u2019s fantastic news! \u00a0Adding fresh ginger into the diet via cold-pressed juice is a great option for anyone!<\/span>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">It probably won\u2019t seem like much of a surprise, but a recent study from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has revealed that a <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.babwnews.com\/2016\/02\/cdc-study-reveals-staggering-amount-of-sleep-deprived-americans\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #008080; text-decoration: underline;\">stunning number of Americans are still not getting enough sleep<\/span><\/span>. <\/a>According to a report from <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><a style=\"color: #008080; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.entrepreneur.com\/article\/271061\" target=\"_blank\">Entrepreneur<\/a><\/span><\/span>, the latest surveys revealed that adults in all 50 states and the District of Columbia are not getting the amount of sleep they need. \u00a07 hours is the recommended amount, and apparently those in the mid-west plains states are the best rested. The further south you go, and especially Hawaii get the least sleep. \u00a0Watch out for the walking dead in a Starbucks near you!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Speaking of sleep, having <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/health\/2016\/02\/22\/sleep-apnea-may-be-bad-for-kidneys.html\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #008080;\">sleep apnea may increase the risk of chronic kidney disease<\/span><\/a><strong><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/health\/2016\/02\/22\/sleep-apnea-may-be-bad-for-kidneys.html\" target=\"_blank\">,<\/a><\/strong> according to a report from Taiwan.After taking other health factors into account, sleep apnea increased the risk of kidney disease by 58%. By comparison, hypertension (a known risk factor for kidney disease) increased the risk by 17%.
