Founded by world-class doctors and professionals.
The Institute of Advanced Medicine is committed to providing men with treatment for their two most prevalent sexual conditions: premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction. We have developed a highly successful approach to treatment with our unique, exclusive network of more than 13,000 doctors. Rather than offering a "one-size-fits-all" solution, our doctors prescribe treatments customized to the patient's condition, using a combination of FDA medications.
Communication between the patient and our staff is another critical reason our methods are so successful. During treatment, our staff tracks patient progress in a manner that's convenient and helps in every possible way. Of course, everything is kept highly confidential.
Treatments are now available across the U.S., but our commitment to men's health doesn't end there. We are expanding globally and will soon offer our services in Europe and Asia.
Medical Staff
Our medical staff includes a network of more than 13,000 doctors across the United States. The following are some key members of our senior medical staff.
Richard Kowalsky, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.
As our Medical Director, Dr. Kowalsky personally reviews patient charts and consults with our medical staff to determine treatments. "It's this individual attention on every level that really sets the Institute apart," says Kowalsky, who has been a well known and highly respected physician for more than 30 years. "The patient's health always comes first."
To ensure this deep, personal commitment to the patient, the Institute is directly managed and run by doctors, registered nurses, and other medical personnel. If a patient has questions about his treatment, the staff is always available for consultation or to adjust the medication for better results.
"We take a hands-on approach," adds Kowalsky. "By offering patients a great support network, they just naturally feel more comfortable about their treatment. They're especially confident knowing it's customized to their specific condition."
John Abeles, M.D.
"My primary role at the Institute is to provide guidance and advice regarding our treatment protocols," says Dr. Abeles, who received both his M.D. degree and his pharmacology degree from England's highly rated and esteemed University of Birmingham.
Dr. Abeles' diverse professional background has enabled him to make significant contributions to the Institute in its goal of improving the lives of men with sexual difficulties. He has been a Senior Medical Executive with prestigious firms such as Pfizer, Inc. and Revlon Health Care. He serves on the boards of numerous public companies involved in medical research and treatment, and has also founded a medical school.
Sherene McBean, ARNP
"I work one on one with our patients," says Sherene McBean, an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner at the Institute. "Our prescription medications are customized to fit the patient's specific condition. We always know how well they're working because our medical staff keeps in touch with the patient to make sure he's completely satisfied."
McBean knows the value of personal attention. She spent more than 10 years as a Registered Nurse caring for patients with cardiac and renal diseases. At the Institute, she uses her extensive training to help evaluate patients' needs. "We don't offer cookie cutter solutions," she stresses, "but rather highly individualized medical treatments. Every patient's success is very important to us."
